Shambolic and a total nightmare
Thank goodness Mona is pulling out the UK and doing us all a favour. As others have said, they are an absolute nightmare and shambolic! Had 2 lots of money taken from account in December they claim was for orders back in august. The company has obviously changed owners and they haven’t a clue how to run it, hence pulling out the UK.

Refund experience
I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from this company. I have been a customer for years and purchased several times when it was Artigiano. I returned an item 24th November and tracked to ensure parcel had been delivered, then waited for my refund, and waited…… and waited. I rang the helpline a couple of times and was assured the refund would appear back in my account - as yet nothing. I will try once more before contacting my credit company or applying to the small claims court. I won’t deal with this company again.

Money taken no order or refund received!
No stars! Do not use this company! I have ‘phoned 4 times - useless! No one in authority available as I now want my money refunded. I was advised to email customer services, which I have done twice - no response. ‘Phoned again this morning! No help available. It is now in the hands of PayPal and my credit card company. I will NEVER order from Mona again!

Where’s my money?
The same experience as others- ordered 2 items back in September - neither one delivered and after 5 phone calls and 3 emails Mona have admitted the stuff never left the warehouse. Yet they took £88.74 from my bank account and will not refund it. I will be serving a County Court Judgement- shame as I was a really good customer.

Disgusting company to deal with
Mona is the most disgusting company I have ever dealt with.

They are fine until you need to return something and awaiting a refund. I have sent them many emails but not received one reply and had two telephone conversations and got nowhere other than being told I will receive the refund but they cannot give me a timeframe. I asked if I could escalate the matter and speak to someone who could help, the answer was no.

I will never purchase anything from this company again.

It's obvious from the reviews on this website that many customers have had the same experience.

They are quick enough to take your money but seem incapable of arranging a refund.

Undelivered ordered but eventually got a refund
I am experiencing the same issue as other users here. Shoes ordered 14th November have not yet arrived. Customer services has no answers other than the courier received the parcel early decmber. Since then no trace. I have had no response from my request of a refund

Update on the 7th of january: I emailed Mona customer services ( with my order/ customer number) , explaining the issue and asking for a refund. The money was refunded 2 days ago.

How to obtain refund
I have had the same disgraceful experience with Mona having withheld my refund since end of August. I finally contacted my Bank two weeks ago and they opened a case, I received a cheque and apologies from Mona today.
My advice to any fellow suffers is, if you have paid by debit or credit card, your Bank or provider will attempt to get your money back. I believe PayPal will also act
for you. I will not trust Mona again. GOOD LUCK.

My wife ordered items on 26 Nov costing…
My wife ordered items on 26 Nov costing £357.60 only to find Mona had taken that amount twice from her credit card. We have sent seven emails to the company, telephoned them on 4 occasions. No answer to the emails, promises by talephone but no refund or apology. I am now taking the matter to the small claims court. What a shambles of a company. My wife will never deal with them again! If like me, this company owes you money. Go on line and state your case to the small claims court. The process is simple cheap and effective. I took a local authority to them once and they paid up before the hearing.

They say free delivery, free returns, but refunds unavailable!!!
Ordered 3 items costing 136.26 on 6th September 22. They did not fit and I returned them in one package on 20th September. Mona refunded £80.10 (1 item) on
16th October. I am still waiting for the remaining
£56.16 despite numerous emails requesting the refund and numerous promises that it would be in my account shortly. I think this is a fraudulent company and I would like to warn other people not to order from them. Will now go through my credit card company and will also write to Watchdog at the BBC.
I still get emails advertising their wares.

I ordered a winter coat 8 weeks…
I ordered a winter coat 8 weeks ago,still not received this. I have phoned up on numerous occasions and just been lied to. Was told i couldn't cancel order as it was om the van,was told this last week and again this week. Man I spoke to didn't really know what was going on and couldn't answer my questions. When I ordered coat on the phone I was told 6-10 days.

Tried to order coat on line supposed to be 10% off did not take off the10% and the order came £199 - 10 pence the item was advertised as £179 . Phoned up company for verification was told it was never at the lower price, also asked where the 10 pence came from at that point she put the phone down, there customers service is terrible, i am glad I did not order after reading reviews.

Don’t use this company. I suspect they are either bust or going bust!
Ordered present for my mother on 11/10/2022. Over 6 weeks later it still hasn’t arrived and the level of customer service is awful. I’ve asked for a refund as compensation but keep being ignored. I was told that it would be delivered on the 24/11/2002. It didn’t. Don’t touch this company!

Ordered clothes at the end of October…
Ordered clothes at the end of October and online account showing dispatched on the 30/10/22. 2 emails and 2 phone calls later on the 25/11/22 and my order has still not arrived and ‘Benjamin’ informed me that they are unlikely to arrive before my holiday on 5/12/23 as they are still in Germany. I asked to cancel the order and he couldn’t help with that either. Poor service or have they gone bust? Don’t use this company!

No goods received!
Ordered a pair of boots on 15th October. Was invoiced and informed that goods had been despatched from Germany on 28th October. No goods received to date .
I have contacted the company twice by phone but they were unable to give me any more information. I asked for the parcel tracking number but they said they didn't have one! I am now considering how I can cancel this and get a refund but I'm not holding out any hope !

Sept order still no money refund in mid Nov
I ordered clothes on 5th September, they arrived on time, however, were not suitable. Returned to Mona on the 13th September via Royal Mail. Despite several telephone calls and e mails to customers services and assurances the money would be refunded to my credit card account by 13th Nov. The money did not materialise and now taking it up with Credit card company. Avoid Mona at all costs, poor customer services
